Cookie G3 Helmet – Lightweight Full Face for Skydivers and Tunnel Flyers
The Cookie G3 Helmet is a full-face helmet built for skydivers, AFF instructors, and indoor skydiving athletes who want low weight, a clean profile, and solid protection. It sits between the open-face G2 and the more advanced G4 in the Cookie lineup, giving you a balanced option for daily jumping and coaching.

Design Built for Performance
The G3 uses a low-profile aerodynamic shell that cuts drag and reduces head buffet at high speeds. This helps with stability during freefly, tracking, and tunnel sessions, and keeps neck fatigue down on longer days. The shell is made from a carbon-kevlar composite layup. It’s stiff where it needs to be, lightweight overall, and designed to handle impacts while keeping bulk to a minimum.

Inside, the helmet uses a multi-density EPS liner with removable cheek pads and a washable comfort liner. You can adjust the pads to get a snug fit that stays secure during deployment and landing. A good fit also improves noise isolation and helps your audible altimeter work correctly.

Visor and Compatibility
The G3 comes with an optically clear visor that gives a wide, distortion-free field of view. The visor locks securely in the up and down positions and opens smoothly between jumps. Switching to a tinted visor is quick if you need it for bright conditions.

Cable routing channels are integrated into the shell, so you can run camera wires and audio cables cleanly without snag points. The G3 works with most camera mounts and audible altimeter setups used in skydiving and tunnel flying.
