Cookie G4 Helmet Size XL – Full Face Skydiving & Tunnel Helmet
The Cookie G4 in Size XL is a full face helmet built for skydivers and tunnel flyers who need extra room without giving up visibility, comfort, or protection. Designed with input from world champion athletes, the G4 Size XL fits head circumferences of approximately 60 to 61 cm and delivers the same low-profile performance the G4 is known for, scaled for larger heads.

Fit, Visibility, and Impact Protection
The G4 Size XL uses a lowered jaw line and refined internal shape to give you a panoramic field of view. You get the wide viewing area of the G4 platform with a shell that sits closer to your head than older full face helmets, reducing drag and improving stability in freefall and head-down flight.

Impact protection meets the XPS 72-600 standard for skydiving and wind tunnel helmets. The helmet is tested for impacts at 5.47 m/s and includes a snag resistance test that other standards don’t require. The outer shell is high impact ABS, and the liner uses multi-impact EPP foam. These materials work together to absorb energy while keeping the helmet’s profile low. Cookie has also tested the G4 for penetration per EN966 and it passes with strong results.

The 2mm optically crafted polycarbonate visor is anti-fog and available in clear, tinted, orange mirror, and blue mirror. One visor fits all G4 sizes, so replacement is simple. The flip-up mechanism is smooth with minimal maintenance. Adjustable ventilation lets you manage airflow to reduce fogging and keep cool during long tunnel sessions or hot jump days.

Comfort, Customization, and Use
Inside, the G4 Size XL seals well to lower wind noise and improve communication with other jumpers. The removable, washable liner is skin friendly and designed for quick drying. Audible altimeter pockets are easy to access, and the helmet includes a breathable mesh bag to help moisture escape after use.

Customization is a big part of the G4 lineup. Choose from 13 matte colors like black, white, royal blue, and fluorescent pink, or opt for hydro-dipped Multicam and Multicam Black patterns. Engravable side plates let you add your name, team logo, or design. Note that adding external mounts may affect snag performance, so Cookie includes a trap door cutout in the EPP foam for cleaner installs.
